Shloka:
“मना वासना दुष्ट कामा नये रे । मना सर्वथा पापबुद्धी नको रे।
मना धर्मता नीति सोडूं नको हो । मना अंतरीं सार वीचार राहो॥”

Translation:
“Oh, my Mind! evil desires will yield you no benefit;
Oh, my Mind! sinful thoughts wholly abandon;
Oh, my Mind! moral character never cast aside;
Oh, my Mind! may in your innermost heart abide thoughts of the essence of Existence!”
